1. Our products: We sell digital planners as downloadable PDF files. We do not ship physical goods.
2. Personal use license: When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, save, print, and fill in the file for yourself and your household. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the file or its design as your own.
3. Delivery: Your download link is sent to the email address you give at checkout. Please enter it carefully.
4. Pricing and payment: Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
5. Refunds: Please read our Refund policy. It forms part of these terms.
6. No guarantee of results: Our planners are organizing tools. They do not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice, and we do not promise any particular outcome.
7. Intellectual property: All content, layouts, and designs are owned by NGUNDUE & FAMILY LLC and protected by copyright.
8. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
