Refund policy

The Holiday-to-2027 Reset Planner is a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and your file is available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because a digital file cannot be returned, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.

We will gladly refund or replace your purchase if:
- the file is damaged, will not open, or is missing pages;
- the product is materially different from its description on our store;
- you were charged more than once for the same order.

How to ask: email support@holidayresetplanner.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the order to your original payment method.
